Official Languages
The official language of the Congress are Macedonian and English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance will be given to all registered participants.
Participation fee
- 60 DM for members of Macedonian Society for Basic, Clinical Immunology and Allergology
- 100 DM others
Participation fee includes:
- - attendance of the Congress
- - program and Abstract Book
- - Welcome cocktail
- - concert ticket
- - gala dinner
- - excursion to St. Naum with ship
Awards
Following awards will be awarded:
- - three best poster presentations
- - most successful young participant (under 35 years of age)
- - participation fee for unemployed participant
Abstracts
Call for Abstracts
Abstracts must be submitted in Macedonian or English no later than 15 April 2000. Abstracts received after this date will not be considered.
Submission in one of the Following Ways
1. Electronically by using the form of the Congress WEB site at:
http://www.msbcia.org.mk/2kongres
2. Printed on the enclosed original abstract form according to the layout instructions. For additional copies, please download the form from the Congress web site or contact the Organizing Committee. If possible also submit your abstract on a floppy disc. Preferred format is Microsoft Word. You must ensure that the abstract manuscript and the file on the disc are identical. The disc should only contain the abstract file. Label the disc with file name, title of abstract and the name of the presenting author. Send one copy also.

Instructions for Authors
The instructions for authors printed on the abstract form and on the Congress Web site must be followed carefully.
Abstracts selected by expert reviewers will be presented in posters sessions. Poster presenters will be asked to be present by their poster for 3-5 minutes during poster sessions.
Notification of acceptance/rejection
Notification of acceptance/rejection will be mailed no later than 15 May 2000. Only abstracts not published elsewhere or submitted for presentation an another national and international meeting will be considered for presentation.
Registration
Abstracts must be submitted together with registration forms, otherwise the abstracts will not be reviewed.
Publication of Abstracts
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract book, as a supplement of Makedonski Medicinski Pregled, which will be given to all delegates attending the Congress upon registration in Ohrid. Accepted abstracts will be also published on Internet.
